1. Who we are
Milltech LLC provides Boardment, an enterprise board management software product for regulated board and committee operations.
2. Information we collect
We collect information submitted through the Boardment website, demo requests, customer onboarding, support conversations, and use of the product.
- Contact information, including name, work email, organization, role, and industry.
- Account information, including user profiles, roles, permissions, authentication settings, and session records.
- Customer content, including meetings, agendas, documents, annotations, comments, minutes, resolutions, signatures, and action items.
- Operational data, including audit logs, device information, IP address, browser metadata, feature activity, error logs, and security events.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide Boardment, respond to demo requests, operate customer environments, support users, secure the service, maintain audit trails, improve reliability, and meet contractual or legal obligations.
4. Customer content
Customers retain ownership of their meeting content, documents, minutes, resolutions, signatures, action items, and related records. Milltech LLC does not sell customer content.
5. Security and storage
Boardment is designed for tenant isolation, role-based access control, encryption, audit logging, and administrative governance. Customer environments may use dedicated databases, object storage, and encryption key material depending on the deployment model and customer agreement.
6. Service providers
We may use trusted infrastructure, storage, email delivery, monitoring, notification, analytics, and support providers as needed to operate Boardment. These providers process information only for service delivery, security, support, or compliance purposes.
7. Retention
Customer content and audit records are retained according to the customer's contract, configuration, and legal requirements. Website demo requests and support records are retained as needed for sales, support, security, and compliance purposes.
8. Rights and requests
Depending on applicable law and contract terms, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, export, or other handling of personal information. Requests connected to an enterprise account may be routed to the customer's administrator.
9. International processing
Boardment may be delivered through managed SaaS, private deployment, or customer-controlled infrastructure according to the applicable customer agreement.
