About Boardment

Board management software built for institutions where every record matters.

Boardment is designed so each customer runs in their own isolated environment, on every major platform, in the deployment shape that fits their security policy.

What Boardment is

One platform for the work that happens around a boardroom.

Committees, meetings, agendas, documents, signatures, minutes, action items, and audit trails — connected so that every decision keeps its context and every record tracks back to where it was made.

Prepare

Schedule meetings across timezones, build agendas with attached materials, distribute board packs, and capture RSVPs. Calendar invites push to Outlook and Google.

Run

Members join meetings on web, mobile, or desktop, navigate the agenda together, annotate documents in real time, capture attendance, and log action items as they happen.

Decide

Issue resolutions, collect signatures in sequence or parallel, draft minutes with AI assistance, route them through a controlled review and publishing workflow, and archive them with a complete audit trail.

What we don't compromise on

Four principles the product is built around.

Boardment is shaped by what regulated buyers actually evaluate before they sign. These are the architectural choices we made before writing the first feature.

01

Isolation by default

Every customer runs in a dedicated database, dedicated object storage, and dedicated encryption keys. There is no shared multi-tenant data path. Tenant boundaries are an architectural property of the deployment, not a permission rule on top of a shared table.

02

Customer-controlled deployment

Boardment is delivered as a managed environment we operate, a dedicated cloud, or installed inside the customer's own infrastructure. The product is the same in every shape. Security teams choose the deployment that matches their policy without losing functionality.

03

Multi-platform parity

Web, iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. One product, same feature set, real-time synchronization, offline reading. Built on a unified codebase so a desktop user and a tablet user see the same Boardment.

04

Bilingual from day one

Arabic and English with full right-to-left support across every screen, every email, every PDF, and every search index. Arabic is a first-class language in the product, not a translation overlay.

Built by

A focused team building Boardment from the ground up.

Boardment is being built deliberately, module by module, with the discipline of the institutions it serves. The team is small, technical, and works closely with the customers shaping the product.
